Clongen Laboratories, a CLIA certified clinical laboratory founded in 1999 is a leader in molecular diagnostics. Since its inception, Clongen Labs focused on using rapid detection methods such as PCR, Real Time PCR and DNA sequencing for identification of human pathogens with a specialty in Tick-Borne Illness diagnostics. We also offer a highly sensitive quantitative Western Blot for Lyme disease. We are happy to announce the addition of a veterinary diagnostic services division at Clongen Laboratories. The close relationship between humans and animals introduces the risk of inter-transmissible infectious diseases. Early detection is imperative to control and prevent the spread of these infections, many of which can be deadly or economically devastating.
